The following shop policies apply to purchases in our online shop.  

1.   Minimum order quantity and minimum order amount

There is no minimum order quantity for individual item (i.e. you can order for one piece per item), however to economize on handling and delivery charges, total order amount (inclusive of freight charge) has to reach a minimum of US$80.  

2.  Prices and shipment charge

Our prices are ex-shop Hong Kong and quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipment charge by Speedpost courier or air mail is calculated automatically by our system base on weight of individual items, quantity ordered, and destination. Shipment charge will be shown in our proforma invoice. Customs duty and other charges, if any, is not included and has be to bored by customer.

3.  Stock availability

Stock levels are updated daily. However, stocks are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or deny any order, or to limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notice. In the case of payment already received we will suggest alternative styles or arrange immediate refund.

4.  Payment

Payment is always 100% with confirmed order.    Payment received for confirmed orders are not refundable, neither is goods sold returnable.

5.  Delivery

Orders will be shipped within two working days upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of order details.

6.  Delivery responsibilities

We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by incorrect or invalid information provided by customer. We are also not liable for carriers' delay or damage during transportation.

7.  Defects and claims

Please report all defects of goods received immediately. Upon provision of evidence (e.g. pictures, or goods returned to us) we will arrange replacement, refund or credit towards customers' next purchase.   We reserve the right to judge the validity of quality claims as well as the mode of compensation.

8.  Special discount offer

We are offering a special discount program with conditions as follows:

8.2  The discount is applied onto the value of goods purchased and not freighage.   For items with discounted prices this special discount also applies.

8.3  We will confirm the net discounted value with customers as soon as order is received.   If customer prefers to make immediate payment via PayPal, the amount discounted (if already paid) will either allow additional items to be picked by customer, or credit towards the customer's next purchase.  Customers with orders eligible for discount may like to hold their PayPal payment until receipt of our final discounted figure.

8.4  We reserve the right to change the terms and validity of this offer without giving prior notice.

9.  Privacy

We certify that all information obtained from customer will be held strictly confidential, and will be used for the sole purpose of conducting business transactions with our company.
